About Rapido Training

Rapido Training Limited is a leading provider of vocational training for the care and childcare workforce in Gloucestershire. Since 2000 we have successfully provided Apprenticeships, Train to Gain, National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ) and other work based learning and qualifications for adults of any age.

Rapido training employs highly qualified and experienced assessors and trainers to provide an excellent standard of services.  We provide a range qualifications and courses, delivered using blended learning and assessment methods designed to fit the individual needs of employers, workers and unemployed people.

We provide

  • Apprenticeships in Health & Social Care (H&SC), Childcare Learning and Development (CCLD), Teaching Assistants (Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools/ STLS), Business Administration. These are sponsored by the Learning and Skills Council (LSC), to provide employed people with the opportunity to gain a raft of qualifications to prepare them for their career.
  • National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ) which assess workbased practice such as NVQ in Health & Social Care, Childcare Learning and Development, Teaching Assistants (Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools/ STLS), Business Administration.    
  • Certificated courses such as Preraring to Teach in the Life Long Learning Sector (PTLLS), Advice & Guidance (A&G), Mentoring, V1 and A1.
  • Mandatory & Good Practice training programmes to support and develop those working in the education and training, care and childcare sectors.
  • First Aid and food safety training and qualifications for all.
  • Information advice and guidance services, to help individuals make informed choices about learning, progression and career options.  This service is impartial, confidential and accessible.
