Rapido Training Limited is a leading provider of vocational training for the care and childcare workforce in Gloucestershire. Since 2000 we have successfully provided Apprenticeships, Train to Gain, National Vocational Qualifications (NVQ) and other work based learning and qualifications for adults of any age.

We successfully enable many employed and unemployed workers to achieve their full potential and career aspirations. 

Tailor-made for you

Rapido training employs highly qualified and experienced assessors and trainers to provide an excellent standard of services.  We provide a range qualifications and courses, designed and delivered, to fit the individual needs of employers, workers and unemployed people.

We provide

• Apprenticeships in care, childcare and teaching assistants. These are sponsored by the Learning and Skills Council, to provide employed people with the opportunity to gain a raft of qualifications to prepare them for their career.

• Longer courses including NVQ qualifications which prove that you are competent in the care, childcare or teaching assistants role.  
  
• Training programmes providing mandatory and other training required for staff working in the care and childcare sectors.
  
• First Aid and food safety training and qualifications for all.

Information Advice and Guidance services

Rapido also offers information, advice and guidance to help learners make informed choices about learning, progression and career options.  This service is impartial, confidential and accessible. We provide:

Advice on using information, gaining further information and accessing learning support

Guidance to identify, signpost and refer to other organisations who can provide in-depth options relating to needs
