Apprenticeships are a combination of on and off the job learning that enable you to get the job done, whilst getting the workforce qualified.

More than 130,000 businesses in England use Apprenticeships as a means of training their workforce.

As an employer in the health and social care or child care sector you know that the long term future and success of your business rests with qualified, well trained employees.

We recognise that training members of staff can be difficult when you need them on the job to help earn their wages. We here at Rapido can help you solve this problem, by providing you with Apprenticeships. We ensure that the training we provide is planned to suit the needs of your business: practical, work based and resulting in nationally recognised qualifications.
Rapido Training is an approved City & Guilds centre able to fulfil all your training needs as a leading provider of vocational training for the care and childcare workforce, regardless of the size of your company.

Business Benefits of apprenticeships

Improve productivity and profitability

Apprenticeships prepare people with the capabilities and understanding to do the job better. This leads to improvements in productivity, efficiency and which ultimately result in an increase in the profitability of your workforce.
Improve staff motivation and retention
Employees see training as an investment in their future and thus can help them develop a more positive attitude towards their job role.
Investment in your workforce demonstrates appreciation of their contribution and can work to increase staff loyalty.
Keep ahead of the game and avoid skills shortages
Apprenticeships are an investment in your business' future. By providing apprenticeship training for your employees you can acquire specialist skills for your business that allow you to keep abreast of new developments in the sector.
Relevant training
Apprenticeships are designed by people who are experts in the health and social care sector.  This means the training is always relevant and it is tailored to the needs of your sector by people who understand what you do.
Minimal Cost
Due to much of the apprenticeship programme being funded by the LSC then all of these benefits can be provided to you at a minimal cost.

An apprenticeship results in a group of nationally recognised qualifications for your staff, including;
A relevant certificate in Childcare or Health & Social Care at levels 2 or 3
A relevant NVQ in Childcare or Health & Social Care at levels 2 or 3
Key Skills (Communication and Application of Number at level 1 or 2)
Employment Rights and Responsibilities
